First of many...we'll see

Enter, sit down, be quiet, DONT TOUCH EACH OTHER, and welcome to the first posting of WFT, beer edition. The purpose of this little blog, in my mind, though that could change, is to introduce different beers from around the world and quite simply to argue about which of them are the best. Simple, succinct, and to the point. But for the first post, I think we should do something simple.

What are best and worst cheap domestic (American) beers? In other words, if you're low on cash or you just want to get blackout which one do you pick (or as many people I talk to say, can you even taste the difference).

Absolute no questions asked worst domestic, you say? HEINEKEN LIGHT. Let's see what realbeer.com has to say:

Heineken regular - 166 cals, 5.4%abv
Heineken light - 99 cals, 3.2%abv

So there you have it, Snoop Bloggy Blog (featuring Nate Blogg)... unless you're some sort of obsessive calorie watcher (and if you are... what are you doing paying attention to this blog?), then it makes NO sense to ever ever drink Heiney Lite... we're seriously talking about only 70 fewer calories, about ten percent of the taste, and you're not reeeally even going to get a buzz. Let's be honest: save yourself a few bucks and savor the delicious secret sorority girls have known for years - Natty Light. With four less cals, one whole more percentage point alcohol by volume, and loads more cred than your laaaame Heineken Light, why would you waste the cash?

not that i'm defending it or anything but have you ever actually tried the beer? But then again your three points, calories, alcohol content, and cred, do seem to define what you drink, n'est pas. OUCH!! ZINGER!!

No but seriously Natty Lights got the whole package, high in alcohol, low in calories (if your (that's not a typo joce) a girl) and the perfect quality in a beer like that, very little taste. Otherwise it's gotta be High Life. It truly is...the champagne of (shitty) beers.
